Crock Pot Chicken Thighs
6 Chicken Thighs
1 or 2 Fresh Lemons (cut into wedges)
Remove all skin from chickens and place into a slow cooker. Add enough water to
cover chicken thighs. Slow cook on low for approx 6 hours. Add lemon wedges the last one or two hours of slow cooking.
