Tofu with Tomato Sauce

Firm Tofu
Tomato Sauce
Fresh Mozzarella cheese
Walnut (optional)


Preheat the oven 350F. Cut the tofu in to square pieces. Put tofu in a baking pan and cover the tofu with tomato sauce then add fresh mozzarella cheese and walnut. Bake the tofu for 30 min. Serve with green salad.
