Quick and Easy Chili

1  Pound Lean Ground Beef
1  16oz Can Red Kidney Beans (or 1 Can 8oz Red Kidney Beans and 1 Can 8oz Pinto Beans)
1  Envelope Chili Seasoning (or 2 Tablespoons Chili Powder)
1  14.5oz Can Diced Tomatoes
1  Cup Water  (reduce water for thicker chili)

In large skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. 
Simmer covered, stirring occasionally, 20 minutes.  Serve over rice.
