2 Cups Elbow Macaroni
1 Pound Lean Ground Beef
1 Package McCormick® Chili Seasoning Mix
1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
1/2 Cup Chopped Bell Pepper (optional)
1 Can (14 1/2 ounces) Tomatoes, Chopped
3/4 Cup Water
Shredded Cheddar Cheese (optional)
1. Cook macaroni as directed on package.
2. Meanwhile, brown ground beef in large skillet. Drain fat. Stir in Seasoning Mix, onion, bell pepper, tomatoes and water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 15 minutes
3. Add drained macaroni; simmer 5 minutes. Top with shredded cheese, if desired.
